Yes. Oracle provides Premier Support for EBS R12.2 through at least 2032. This includes security patches, bug fixes, and regulatory updates. EBS remains a fully supported enterprise platform.
A typical R12.1 to R12.2 upgrade takes 3-6 months depending on the number of customizations and integrations. Our Katrina DevOps platform can accelerate the process by automating testing and deployment.
Most well-built customizations will work after remediation. We perform a detailed custom code analysis during the audit phase, identify required changes, and remediate all custom code before the upgrade.
